SUMMARY
The Front Desk Receptionist at Toyota of Deerfield Beach greets customers when they come into the dealership answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate staff member or department. The receptionist also answers all incoming calls takes messages and transfers callers to the appropriate department. As with all positions within dealerships receptionists/telephone operators are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Answers dealership main phone line and transfers appropriately
- Greets and receives customers - for sales and service
- Directs customers to the correct department notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
- Works cooperatively and closely with the sales and service team
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Assists in scheduling and confirming sales/service appointments
- Assists with detail oriented logging of front desk items
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Able to clear a pre-employment background check
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Part Time Position - Nights and Weekends
- Great role for a student!
- Bi-lingual a plus!
