3 months contract (Temp to Perm)
8:00 AM - 5:00PM M-F
Qualifications :
Set-up meeting/conference rooms as specified
Stock pantries conference rooms and kitchens with supplies
Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms pantries and kitchens are clean and stocked with supplies
Clean pantry conference rooms and kitchen as needed
Provide support for miscellaneous requests
Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
Good customer service phone and email etiquette skills are needed.
Check the conference room and meeting scheduler throughout shift and make note of any changes to ensure meetings are set-up accurately.
Assist the hospitality team when needed
Prepare coffee and other beverages in assigned kitchens each morning.
Greet Attorneys and Visitors
Communicate with supervisor or client on meeting request concerns or deadline issues.
Answer Phone
o Reply to emails
Prioritize workflow.
Assist in process improvement ideas.
Available to work overtime when needed
Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
