Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Data Analyst to provide data analytics support to ingest standardize and analyze prescription drug pricing data from multiple sources and produce accurate tables visualizations and trend insights for statutory reporting and oversight. This position will be Part-time (20-hours per week) and Hybrid (2-days onsite).
What Youll Do
- Provide data analytics support to ingest standardize and analyze prescription drug pricing data from multiple sources.
- Produce accurate tables visualizations and trend insights to support statutory reporting and oversight.
- Process standardize and analyze large volumes of prescription drug pricing data received from wholesalers manufacturers PBMs PSAOs and insurance carriers.
- Transform raw datasets into structured tables visualizations and descriptive analyses.
- Enable identification of key trends across the prescription drug supply chain.
- Support prioritization of the top 25 drugs for reporting and review.
What Youll Need
Required:
- 5-years proficiency in data analysis and transformation using tools such as SQL Python or R
- 5-years experience working with large complex datasets from multiple sources and formats
- 5-years proven ability to develop clear publication-ready visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- 5-years strong data quality management skills including validation standardization and troubleshooting -
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
- Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
