what are looking for

We are looking for a B2B Growth Advisor to join our corporate team. This role goes beyond traditional sales it is focused on understanding business needs advising clients on the right insurance strategies and driving sustainable growth through value-based partnerships.

You will work closely with HR leaders and decision-makers across organizations acting as a trusted advisor to design and deliver tailored digital insurance solutions that align with their business objectives.


what you will be doing

  • Drive growth by acquiring B2B clients through strategic outreach networking and referrals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by deeply understanding their needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
  • Own the full client journey from lead generation and engagement to closing and successful onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with HR leaders and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience and service delivery.
    Track and manage pipeline performance leveraging CRM tools and data insights to optimize results.
  • Translate market feedback into actionable insights to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to shaping Amanleeks growth strategy through on-ground market intelligence and client interactions.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • 24 years of experience in B2B sales business development or growth roles.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into strategic solutions.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience using CRM tools and working with data to manage pipelines and performance.

  • Self-driven results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.

  • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
