Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to promote and market the companys IT solutions and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities promoting IT products and services managing client relationships and supporting business growth through marketing and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Officer IT Solutions will be responsible for:
- Marketing the companys IT products and services including: Network solutions Cybersecurity solutions Cloud solutions Software solutions IT support services Hardware and infrastructure solutions
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Meeting potential clients and presenting IT solutions
- Preparing and delivering product presentations and proposals
- Responding to client inquiries and preparing quotations
- Managing and maintaining customer relationships
- Working with technical teams to design solutions for clients
- Conducting market research and identifying new markets
- Participating in marketing campaigns events and exhibitions
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports
- Maintaining a customer database and sales pipeline
- Achieving sales and marketing targets
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 -5 years experience in IT solutions sales or marketing
- Experience in selling IT products or services is highly preferred

- Good understanding of IT solutions and services
