Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable professional and service-oriented Cleaner to support our Executive Committee (Exco) team and maintain a clean organised and welcoming office environment.

This role goes beyond traditional cleaning duties and includes providing day-to-day hospitality support such as preparing refreshments and ensuring meeting spaces are well-presented. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work demonstrate attention to detail and contribute positively to the overall office experience.


Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Executive Support

  • Prepare and serve tea coffee and refreshments for Exco members and guests
  • Set up meeting rooms for executive meetings (refreshments cleanliness presentation)
  • Ensure boardrooms and executive areas are consistently neat clean and well-stocked
  • Provide ad hoc support during meetings and events when required

Cleaning & Office Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness of offices boardrooms kitchens and communal areas
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation at all times
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning and kitchen supplies (e.g. tea coffee milk sugar etc.)
  • Report any maintenance or facility-related issues

General Support

  • Assist with basic office support tasks when required
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for staff and visitors


Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning hospitality or office support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional friendly and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
