Job Summary

TMD Is currently seeking an experienced 1st shift CNC Machinist with strong hands-on knowledge of Okuma OSP controls and Mazak Smooth controls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine setup programming edits and operating CNC mills and/or lathes while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
Program edit and troubleshoot using Okuma OSP and Mazak Smooth controls
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and GD&T
Select proper tooling and fixtures for each job
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality standards
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
3 years of CNC machining experience
Proven experience with Okuma OSP controls
Proven experience with Mazak Smooth controls
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
Experience with micrometers calipers and precision measuring tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and reliability
PAY
$22/hr DOE
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 4:15pm-2:00 AM or 6:00AM - 4:15PM
