POSITION CNC MachineOperator
JOB LOCATION Osseo Wisconsin
STARTING DATE Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 2nd Shift (3pm to11pm Monday through Friday) 3rd Shift (11pm to 7am Monday through Friday)
STARTING PAY $20 per hour (increases available)

REQUIRED EDUCATION None
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Person needs a mechanical mindset.
The MachineOperator will be responsible for cleaning parts and operating a CNC machine. Must be a good listener own mistakes follows instructions detailed honest. Automotive backgrounds are good Metal CNC Operation experience is also good.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and clean small parts
Insert parts into machine run machine take part out and continue process
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
High School Diploma or GED desired
Demonstrate a solid work ethic and reliability
Prefer prior manufacturing experience and prior machining experience
Automotive experience is a preference. CNC Operation experience in metal manufacturing is also preferred.
Must be a good listener someone who owns mistakes follows instructions is detailed and honest.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for duration of shift on concrete floor
Minimal twisting bending and reaching
Ability to lift/move 5-15 pounds
