This position will provide technical supportofthe PACCAR Engine for the Denton Plant.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Act as a plant liaison between the plant OEM third parties and dealers.
- Diagnose OEM related problems withLCF Cabs.
- Make on-site repairs (if possible) ofLCF Cabswith OEM related problems.
- Test trucks as part of problem diagnosis and/or repair validation.
- VerifyLCF Cabsthat arrive at the plant are built to specifications.
- Re-flash and/or programcab modulesasrequired.
- Document andmaintaina corrective action tracking program for PACCAR OEM issues.
- Provide weekly (and as necessary) reporting to specified plant personnel onLCF Cabproblemsidentifiedat the plant.
- Support new product changes and programming updates.
- Coordinate campaign rework efforts by 3rd party.
Qualifications
Computerproficiencyto include Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with truck OEM programming software.
Ability to interpret drawings schematics specifications and engineering data.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
Ability to present in front of a group.
Ability to advise and train others effectively.
Education
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Thorough knowledge of LCF cabs and interiors
- College degree preferred
