Position Overview:

The Operations Associate is a key frontline leader responsible for keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for our driver team. This role is ideal for a high-potential action-oriented individual who is ready to take ownership of local execution solve problems in real time and grow into a future leader.

Youll support driver operations staffing onboarding and on-the-ground coordinationserving as a key resource at the Ops Center and a partner to the Operations Manager. Success in this role looks like stepping up when things break running toward challenges and constantly looking for ways to improve how we operate.

This role is 100% onsite in Dallas TX with variable hours including some nights and weekends.

What Youll Do:

  • Own daily operations on the ground: Keep the Ops Center running smoothly and step in wherever needed to get the job done.

  • Support our driver team: Act as a go-to-resource for our W-2 employee drivers resolving issues in real-time anticipating roadblocks and always looking for ways to improve the employee experience.

  • Coach develop and mentor team members: Provide guidance and support to our Drivers Leads and Service Agents.

  • Track and respond to key performance metrics: Monitor KPIs like staffing attendance daily targets. When something is off-track take initiative to proactively address it.

  • Identify and fix inefficiencies: From broken processes to missed opportunities spot whats not working and take initiative to improve it.

  • Lead depot-specific projects: Take end-to-end ownership of projects that stretch your leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Operations leaders HR and the Experience Team to drive business outcomes.

  • Set the tone on the floor: Exemplify strong leadership communicate clearly and hold the team accountable to the highest standard.

  • Thrive in ambiguity: When plans shift (which they will!) maintain composure assess the situation adjust quickly and keep operations moving forward.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Admin Supply Chain Logistics Engineering or a related field.

  • 13 years of professional experience ideally in a fast-paced high-accountability environment.

  • A proactive problem-solving mindset. You dont just flag issues you dig into the why and bring forward thoughtful actionable solutions.

  • Grit and composure under pressure.

  • Clear confident communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Natural leadership instincts.
