JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Pennsylvania State University Abington College invites applications for a part-time adjunct faculty appointments in Elementary and Early Childhood Education program. The needs of the department vary from semester to semester and the hiring manager will review applications when openings do occur.
Adjunct faculty will teach undergraduate courses in the Elementary and Early Childhood Education program specifically educational foundations and and/or curriculum theorizing as it relates toeducational psychology coursework. This programsupports the growth and content understanding beginning with the youngest learners through the sixth grade(PK-6).Students in this program explore theories of teaching and learning; how to be professional educators in diverse school settings; and develop skills in educational leadership inclusive education and professional inquiry.
