    Position Information:

    This position provides clerical word processing and office support to the Capital Projects Office staff members. The position primarily processes and tracks incoming invoices creates and tracks purchase orders drafts professional and public works contract documents files and retrieves documents electronically. Additionally this position serves as a receptionist for Capital Projects.

    Shift Details:8 hours a day; 260 day calendar
    Continuing Position:Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However an employees total work hours work locations and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
    FLSA Status: Non-exempt
    Hourly Rate: $35.84(hourly) (2025-2026Office Personnel Salary Schedule)
    Position Type/Level:Office Personnel Level C

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    • 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

    and one of the following:

    • Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
    • Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
    • Have three (3) years of relevant experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Skyward/Qmlativ software Google Docs and school district account coding is preferred.
    • 1-2 years of work experience in capital projects accounting or purchasing.
