Were looking for a Paid Partnerships Lead to own and scale our paid influencer strategy. This role will focus on building high-performing partnerships with creators driving measurable revenue through paid collaborations and elevating how we show up across social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Cozy Earths paid influencer/creator strategy across key platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.)
- Identify source and negotiate partnerships with creators that align with brand and performance goals
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including briefing contracting timelines and performance tracking
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS CAC engagement conversion)
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing to align paid partnerships with broader acquisition strategy
- Collaborate with Creative teams to guide content direction and ensure high-performing deliverables
- Build and manage relationships with creators agencies and platforms
- Track analyze and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for scale
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in influencer marketing paid partnerships or creator marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and how influencer campaigns drive revenue
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing paid creator relationships
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns
- Deep familiarity with social platforms and creator trends
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
