Le Technicien Applicatif & Baan garantit la disponibilité la fiabilité et la qualité des informations issues de lERP et des applications métiers.
Il réalise les développements assure le support participe aux projets damélioration continue et pilote les prestataires techniques.
Le poste est rattaché à la Directrice IT & Organisation au sein du périmètre Operations / CPN Gien / EMEA.
Il interagit avec lensemble des utilisateurs des applications informatiques (interne) et avec les prestataires et éditeurs externes (DXC Infor consultants).
Au cours dune journée type vous devrez :
Analyse & projets (40%)
Étudier les besoins utilisateurs et processus industriels.
Rédiger les cahiers des charges fonctionnels et techniques.
Contribuer aux projets dévolution ou de déploiement ERP.
Développement & maintenance applicative (40%)
Concevoir programmer et tester des applications ou évolutions.
Installer configurer et documenter les solutions.
Former les utilisateurs aux évolutions.
Pilotage de prestataires (10%)
Suivre les prestations externes (DXC Infor éditeurs).
Garantir qualité délais et cohérence technique.
Installation tests & documentation (10%)
Réaliser les phases de test recette et mise en production.
Créer et maintenir la documentation technique et utilisateur.
Transversal
Contribuer à la politique EHS appliquée à son activité.
Participer à lamélioration continue de lERP et des applicatifs.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
Compétences techniques
Maîtrise des bases de données : Oracle SQL.
Connaissance des langages de développement liés aux applicatifs métiers et à lERP Baan/Infor LN.
Utilisation doutils de requêtes : Business Objects (B.O).
Très bonne compréhension des fonctionnalités des applications dont vous avez la charge.
Niveau BTS/DUT requis.
- Anglais intermédiaire (oral/écrit).
