The opportunity

Join Hitachi Energys Real Estate team where your technical background will create real impact. You will manage and optimize our facilities and infrastructure across the organization. This role gives you exposure to global real estate processes and cross-functional collaboration. You will grow by solving operational challenges and driving efficiency improvements. How youll make an impact

Support real estate planning and facility management activities.
Execute assigned tasks to ensure efficient property service delivery.
Apply real estate standards and procedures consistently.
Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of facility issues.
Use SAP to manage and track real estate operations and data.
Analyse facility performance and recommend improvement solutions.
Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing reports and presenting findings to management.

Your background

Degree in Mechanical Industrial or Electronic Engineering.
2 to 5 years of experience in real estate or facilities management.
Hands-on experience with SAP is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
