Job Summary

GENERAL DUTIES

Perform basic preventative maintenance on all punch laser and brake equipment.
Clean all punch laser and brake equipment.
Use machine tools manuals technical documents and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
Diagnose failures repairs and follow-up on problem solution procedures related to equipment.
Follow a weekly and monthly maintenance schedule.
Work based on sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
Maintain excellent work attendance.
Ability to learn and apply safety precautions and practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED.
2 years of experience in production machine maintenance or related industry experience and/ or training.
Experience with manual CNC equipment required.
Experience with electrical circuits and systems servo motors solenoid valves and proximity sensors.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (e.g. blueprints drawings etc.)
Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to stand walk and lift for up to 8 hours daily.
Vision abilities requires close distance color peripheral and depth
Required to lift push pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs. continually.
May be required to stoop bend kneel crouch or crawl.
Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.
