As a Grants Manager you will lead process improvements build capabilities and drive operational excellence on a portfolio of grants supporting social change this role you will build relationships and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders within a growing team. You will apply a detail-oriented project management background to identify gaps and drive solutions that result in transformational change.
Within this new role on the Stand Together Trust team you will support a portfolio or current and future partnerships focused modernizing and reforming the US health care system supporting initiatives that empower individuals to take ownership of their health and unleash a new era of medical advances that will benefit us all.
