KY Substitute Teacher Requirements -
Hold a valid Kentucky teaching certificate

Hold a bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution

OR
Have 96(or more) semester hours of college credit with at least a 2.45 GPA (considered Rank IV)
OR
Have64to95 semester hours of college credit with at least a 2.45 GPA (considered Rank V)

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (appointments at districts discretion)
