Role description:

Ensure workplace employee experience is implemented across the region in alignment with office classification and purpose. Drive engagement strategies that support global workplace objectives and foster a consistent high-quality experience for employees across all sites.

Role accountabilities:

  • Work with Workplace Directors and service providers to align experience and engagement strategies across regions.
  • Ensure a comprehensive employee-driven approach to engagement across all project and operations activities.
  • Partner with Global Workplace Engagement Specialist and Data Analyst to integrate employee experience insights financial targets and business expectations into the design and operation of a location.
  • Collaborate closely with service providers operations managers and location directors to measure site acceptance and implement modifications.
  • Drive purposeful engagement that enhance employee experience on-site.
  • Coordinate and implement Change Management Plans and engage with global and local communications teams to support communication in alignment with global frameworks and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain internal websites required for managing workplace experience in collaboration with Operations Director service providers and internal communication functions.
  • Monitor change awareness adoption and acceptance during transition to BAU with location stakeholders.
  • Set up feedback channels and undertake local surveys pre and post project to support and reinforce change.
  • Create a sense of shared ownership and co-create solutions with leadership and local stakeholders.
  • Bring clarity and manage anxiety in others through clear communication and inspiring storytelling.
  • Build trust through authenticity demonstrating integrity and courage regarding own convictions.

Key shared accountabilities:

  • Support global workplace strategy by ensuring consistent employee experience across regions.
  • Collaborate with CRE Operations and Design & Experience teams to integrate change management into project delivery.

Decision rights:

  • Owns: Regional change management planning and execution; measurement and reporting of adoption and engagement metrics.
  • Influences: Regional workplace strategy and employee experience initiatives.
  • Vetoes: Engagement approaches that do not align with global frameworks or office classification guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in change management and employee engagement within corporate environments.
  • Relevant qualifications in change management (APMG/PROSCI) and workplace experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of workplace strategies and office classification principles.
  • Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable engagement/change plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Internal stakeholders across CRE Operations Design & Experience teams service providers and regional leadership.

Reporting lines:


Reports to Regional Workplace Operations Director Europe & APAC.
