- Act as the key liaison between our project teams and R&D playing a central role in optimizing our modeling tools and software stacks in line with market requirements.
- Serve as the technical expert and point of reference for our project teams.
- Work closely with R&D to further develop and enhance our modelbased development toolchain.
- Support commissioning validation and testing of complete test systems.
- You build strong relationships with R&D and thrive in indepth technical discussions.
- You quickly adopt new technologies and enjoy working in a dynamic technical environment.
- You communicate clearly and effectively - both oneonone and in larger multidisciplinary teams.
- You are motivated by solving complex technical problems.
- A graduate degree in electrical engineering information technology mechatronics communications engineering or a comparable field - or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development system design or a comparable role.
- Strong programming skills in LabVIEW and Python.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Background in aerospace test environments or modelbased system engineering.
