Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Facility Management Engineer to lead and ensure the reliable operation of the entire building infrastructure and technical systems within our Plastic production plant. This role combines technical expertise and team leadership with full responsibility for systems such as HVAC BMS BRIEM and other critical utilities that support continuous production.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the facility infrastructure including building systems and technical installations
- Lead and coordinate the technical team
- Ensure continuous and efficient operation of systems such as HVAC BMS BRIEM compressed air water and electrical systems
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor system performance and respond proactively to technical issues
- Manage and coordinate external service providers and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and internal standards
- Support production by guaranteeing high availability and reliability of all facility systems
- Lead and participate in facility-related projects (installations upgrades optimization)
- Monitor energy consumption and drive efficiency improvements
- Maintain documentation KPIs and contribute to budget planning
Qualifications :
- University degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
- 35 years of experience in facility management or industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems BMS (Building Management Systems) and industrial infrastructure
- Experience in managing technical teams and external contractors
- Hands-on problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
- Knowledge of safety and environmental standards in industrial environments
- Good command of English
