Job Summary
- Product Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the introduction and execution of the process of manufacturing of medical devices ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production quality control and supply chain teams to coordinate activities and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Performance monitoring: Track of operational performance and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams focused on initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency increase across the product lifecycle.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to customers providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry.
- Skills:
- Project management.
- Excellent team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
