Contributes as an established and productive individual contributor who works under moderate supervision. Helps implement projects programs and processes in support of the organizations overall Accounting strategy. Applies practical knowledge of the Accounting field to administer best-of-class policies procedures and plans for accounting budgeting and financial reporting.
Helps establish and implement cost-effective results-based and professionally-managed programs and innovative initiatives for the Accounting area under general supervision.
Supports projects programs and processes for the Accounting area.
Identifies opportunities to integrate methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organizations Accounting strategy.
Implements accounting practices and documentation procedures in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and applicable governance policies.
Conducts routine preparation of reports and data for internal and external audits as well as ad hoc requests.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
