This position is hybrid in Peachtree Corners Georgia and sits within our Product Development division which develops tests and improves our software solutions in an innovative and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
At ConstructConnect the Data & Analytics organization leads a multidisciplinary teamsoftware engineers data engineers analytics engineers and GTM systems engineers/adminsthat owns the full data lifecycle from acquisition through activation. This team powers our products insights and go-to-market motion with reliable actionable data.
We are seeking a Sr. Manager GTM Systems Engineering who combines deep technical expertise in GTM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot Zuora Planhat) with the leadership maturity to run GTM Systems as a strategic AI-first business function. This leader will own the GTM systems roadmap tightly align it with revenue and customer experience outcomes and build a high-performing team that earns stakeholder trust through business acumen delivery discipline and measurable impact.
The right person leads from the front on strategy and AI-first architecture but empowers their team to execute. They are fluent in the language of the businesssales motions customer success workflows marketing funnels and financial operationsand translate that understanding into AI-enabled GTM systems and workflows that accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing
- Champion AI-first GTM systems by integrating AI agents (e.g. Glean) into Salesforce and adjacent workflows turning pilots into production solutions that deliver measurable time savings and productivity gains.
- Own and communicate the GTM systems roadmap tightly aligned to company OKRs quarterly priorities and the GTM Technology Steering Committee.
- Set the long-term GTM systems vision and make impact-based prioritization decisions including saying no to low-value work.
- Partner with Revenue Product Finance and Engineering leaders to ensure GTM systems investments are tied to strategy and measurable ROI.
- Translate business goals into system requirements implementation plans and clear success metrics.
- Lead develop and hold accountable a high-performing GTM systems team (admins delivery manager analysts) with clear expectations and timely feedback.
- Address performance issues early and directly using structured performance management where needed.
- Delegate execution while focusing your time on coaching mentoring and removing blockers.
- Build bench strength and career paths including certifications and development plans for future technical leaders.
- Act as a trusted partner to GTM and Finance teams understanding their workflows pain points and metrics.
- Run predictable high-quality delivery using Agile/Kanban and core engineering KPIs (cycle time throughput quality) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure strong SDLC practices (sandboxing testing CI/CD release management) and maintain clear documentation of configurations integrations and architecture.
- Define and own a metrics framework that connects GTM systems work to outcomes (revenue operations efficiency stakeholder satisfaction uptime automation savings).
- Regularly report data-driven impact (e.g. sales velocity retention onboarding efficiency cost reduction) and use stakeholder feedback to refine priorities.
- Oversee implementation integration performance and governance of GTM systems (Salesforce HubSpot Planhat Zuora) including access data integrity security and debt reduction.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of experience in GTM systems administration and architecture with hands-on depth in Salesforce and at least one of HubSpot Zuora Gainsight or Planhat.
- 5 years of people leadership experience including managing teams of 5 technical professionals.
- Demonstrated track record of strategic leadershipsetting vision building roadmaps and making prioritization tradeoffs aligned with business goals.
- Proven ability to develop and manage team performanceincluding setting expectations delivering feedback conducting performance reviews and managing underperformance with professionalism and urgency.
- Strong business acumenyou understand sales motions customer success workflows marketing funnels and revenue operations deeply enough to anticipate stakeholder needs and design solutions without extensive hand-holding.
- Excellent executive communication skillsclear concise and confident in steering committees business reviews and cross-functional forums.
- Data-driven mindsetyou define success metrics track them and use them to tell the story of your teams impact.
- Experience working within Agile/Kanban frameworks and product operating model.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting telephone communication and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
- Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.
- Team members who live within commuting distance of one of our office locations (Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky or Atlanta Georgia) are expected to work in a hybrid capacity with regular in-office presence as determined by the team or department.
