What Makes This Role Great:

In this role you will be the primary engine of growth for our construction technology suite directly influencing how engineering and fabrication firms digitize their workflows while shaping the future of the AECO industry in the region.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the acquisition of new customers by creatively searching and profiling high-value personas within the construction and engineering sectors.

  • Own the end-to-end lead generation cycle for new leads from initial contact and interest generation to successfully closing deals.

  • Identify and seize untapped growth opportunities through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities.

  • Act as a brand ambassador representing Trimbles cutting-edge solutions to a global network of industry professionals.

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas by delivering technical product value to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 8 years of proven success in acquiring new business via telephone and electronic outreach.

  • Experience within the B2B SaaS industry specifically selling BIM CAD CAM CAE or related products is highly preferred.

  • Bilingual fluency in English with good communication skills(Mandatory) along with Fluency in regional languages such as Bahasa or Mandarin.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling benefits for non-technical audiences.

Bonus Points For:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • A bachelors or masters degree in Construction or Civil Engineering.

Logistics:

Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia (In Office)

Travel Requirement: 10%
