Responsibilities
The ideal candidate thrives in a fires in fires out environment supporting the organization through advanced configuration and moderate API-based integrations. You should be proficient in JavaScript HTML/CSS PowerShell and Ivanti Expressions and be comfortable creating high-level operational reporting using SQL and the IvantiXtractiontool. Additionally this rolemaintainscritical Bright Pattern IVR workflows ensuring our help desk operations remain seamless and scalable.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Technology Business or a related field required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree and experience requirement
- 3 years of technical experience in application administration computer programming and/or database administration required
- Work experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience in these key stystems preferred: Ivanti Neurons (formerly Heat) ITSM Service Request Service/Product Catalog CMDB ITAM and Self-Service UI.
- IVR Integration:Must be able tomaintainBright Pattern IVR workflows.
- Scripting Experience: JavaScript HTML/CSS PowerShell and Ivanti Expressions.
- Data/Reporting Experience:SQL and IvantiXtraction.
- APIs:Moderate API-based integration experience.
