Job Description:
Position Title: Assistant Volleyball Coach (Temporary Employee)
- Identify evaluate and recruit prospective student-athletes in alignment with institutional and program standards.
- Maintain regular communication with recruits and families via approved communication channels.
- Evaluate game film and recruiting materials.
- Maintain and update recruiting databases and prospect records.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with all institutional and governing body regulations.
- Attend and recruit at scheduled tournaments.
- Communicate with current committed recruits as well as potential recruits.
- Evaluate recruits based on the needs of the program.
- Represent the institution in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
