What Youll Do as an RBT:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in school and early learning settings in the Pasco-Hernando region
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by a supervising BCBA
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Assist with skill acquisition social skills groups and behavior reduction goals
Work closely with families teachers and other professionals to ensure collaborative coordinated care

RBT Development Opportunities:

Clinical supervision for career advancement (for those pursuing BCaBA/BCBA)

Supervision hours toward certification (restricted & unrestricted)

What Were Looking For:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred
Reliable team-oriented and passionate about ABA
Availability to work during school hours (daytime shifts)

(Caseloads clustered within your preferred radius in Pasco and Hernando counties)
