Job Summary

Manage the rig site drilling fluids program for the Midland Division perform daily mud checks and maintenance of drilling fluids and manage all fluids logistics for the drilling process. Supervise solids control hands and check solids control equipment and manage all back yard equipment. Review day to day operations monitor HSE for rig site fluids management and make daily recommendations to improve all operations. Identify and implement cost savings to help reduce overall drilling costs.

5 years mud engineering/drilling fluids experience. Basic computer and math skills good communication and organizational skills. Must have High School diploma or GED.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
