About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Portfolio Management Executive to lead the Portfolio Strategy and Analytics (PSA) team within the Investment Portfolio with responsibility for portfolio-wide analytics including portfolio strategy portfolio allocation measuring and assessing portfolio returns forecasting risk analytics regulatory execution model and technology implementation and executive reporting.
In this role you will:
Set strategic objectives and direction for the PSA Team by attracting developing and retaining a highperforming team.
Partner with executive management across Investment Portfolio and the broader Finance organization to define portfolio objectives and investment strategy including asset allocation analytics benchmarking performance attribution and returns analysis to inform senior leadership and committee decisions.
Oversee endtoend portfolio analytics including supporting investment and hedging decisions. balance income and market value forecasting and monitoring of key portfolio risks (market interest rate credit liquidity capital).
Lead enterprisecritical stress testing and sensitivity capabilities for the Investment Portfolio including CCAR and other stress and scenario analytics and provide analytical support for portfolio actions under stress and recovery scenarios (including Recovery & Resolution Planning).
Own Investment Portfolio reporting to senior stakeholders including executive leadership key management/Board committees (e.g. ALCO and Finance Committee) and Investor Relationsdelivering clear decisionuseful analytics and materials at the right cadence.
Drive innovation in analytics and decision tools by leading the development of new analytical approaches and capabilities that enable evaluation of new investment opportunities and assess portfolio impacts and readiness for strategic initiatives.
Oversee integration of analytics models and technology to deliver scalable consistent solutions across PSA and the broader Investment Portfolio serving as a key coordination point with Technology and Model Risk partners.
Lead PSA Efforts to improve efficiency through workflow redesign and AI/technology enablement.
