Location: Malta (On-site Mosta area)
Are you an Italian speaker with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction Join an international car rental contact center and turn customer inquiries into sales while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and convert inquiries into reservations/sales
Assist customers with bookings and service-related questions
Manage reservation requests efficiently
Achieve individual and team performance targets
Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
Requirements
Italian C2 English C1
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic MS Office knowledge
Team-oriented mindset
Working Conditions
40 hours/week
MondaySunday (08:0019:00)
2 rotating days off
On-site role (face-to-face interview required)
Salary & Bonus
Training: 5.60/hour
From month 2: 8.10/hour
After probation: 8.50/hour
Up to 9.20/hour (performance-based progression)
85/month language bonus
Up to 2000/year performance bonus
Sales commission available
