German Speaking Contact Centre Agent Airline - Malta (Mosta)
Mosta Malta - on site
Are you a German speaker looking to work in an international airline project Join a fast-paced customer support team and build your career in Malta.
Role
Support customers via phone email and chat
Handle bookings and general airline inquiries
Deliver high-quality customer service
Requirements
German C1 English C1
Strong communication skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Offer
Month 1: 5.60 per hour / Month 2: 8.10 per hour
After Probation: 8.50 per hour
After 12 Months: 8.75 per hour (performance-based)
After 18 Months: 9.20 per hour (performance-based)
250/month language bonus
Up to 2000/year bonus
Full training health insurance
