Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Mental Health & Wellness Executive to join our team in Sungai Petani. This role is ideal for a Psychology graduate with a strong interest in employee wellbeing and mental health support.
You will play a key role in providing first-level emotional support to employees promoting mental health awareness and assisting in the implementation of wellbeing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Employee Support:
- Provide confidential first-level emotional support to employees.
- Conduct one-on-one wellbeing check-ins and support sessions.
- Identify early signs of stress burnout or emotional challenges.
Mental Health & Wellness Initiatives:
- Assist in planning and executing mental health programs and awareness campaigns.
- Organize workshops on stress management resilience and work-life balance.
- Promote a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Assessment & Referral:
- Conduct basic mental health screenings and wellbeing assessments.
- Escalate complex cases and coordinate referrals to licensed professionals when required.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR and team leaders to address employee wellbeing concerns.
- Support managers in handling sensitive employee situations.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee interactions.
- Provide basic insights on wellbeing trends to support HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Basic understanding of mental health concepts and support techniques.
