Job Summary

Top Talent Recruitment is working with a leading consulting firm who is looking to onboard a English speaking Trainee Recruiter for their Prague office.

Position: Trainee Recruiter (English)

Location: Prague Czech Republic

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
Build/grow your own desk (very important)
Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
Arrange interviews for senior consultants
Contact potential clients via phone or email
Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in English (C1 level and higher)
Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
Can-do attitude and proactive approach
Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
Ability to travel in line with the business needs.
You thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Recent graduate
No previous recruitment experience required.

Experience day end of March/start of April. 2026. Start date 5-6 weeks after the ED

Relocation bonus is 6000czk/month paid out over first 3 month. Company Accommodation for first 2 months at 10000czk/month paid out of salary at end of the month

Native/fluent in English (C1 as a bare minimum)
Recent graduate (no prior recruitment experience)
Strong communicator with persuasion negotiation & customer-oriented skills
Eligible to live and work in the Czech Republic with good MS Office skills.
