Overview Experienced F&B Supervisor role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Supervise service staff support daily F&B operations train team members and ensure high service standards across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach service staff to maintain standards.
- Participate in daily F&B operations and train new employees.
- Provide friendly professional food & beverage service; use upselling where appropriate.
- Prepare stations take orders process payments and clear/reset tables.
- Ensure dining areas and equipment are clean and working.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams; escalate complex issues to management.
- Communicate clearly with staff and management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as F&B Supervisor (4- or 5-star hotel/resort preferred).
- Excellent English; Greek is an advantage.
- Strong leadership customer-service and communication skills.
- Able to work evenings weekends and holidays; good physical stamina.
- EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
