Job Summary
Job Title: Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew Company: Bluespirit Location: Chandigarh Punjab India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew. As a Flight Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their flight. You will also play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive and memorable experience for our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers as they board the aircraft and assist them with finding their seats - Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety demonstrations to passengers - Ensure all emergency equipment is in working order and the cabin is prepared for take-off - Serve meals and beverages to passengers according to their preferences and dietary restrictions - Handle any in-flight emergencies and provide first aid if needed - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the cabin throughout the flight - Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner - Work closely with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient flight - Adhere to all safety and security regulations at all times - Assist passengers with disembarkation and ensure a safe and orderly exit from the aircraft Requirements: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent - Fluency in English both written and spoken - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances - Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays - Prior experience as a Flight Attendant or in a customer service role is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
