Job Overview: We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flights and providing exceptional service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules delays and other relevant information - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors elderly or disabled passengers - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding and disembarkation of passengers - Monitor and manage flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to relevant parties - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircrafts - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the airport terminal and facilities - Assist in any other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time - Knowledge of local languages and culture is a plus We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for growth and career advancement - Comprehensive training and development programs - A dynamic and diverse work environment - Employee discounts on travel and other company services If you are passionate about the aviation industry and providing exceptional customer service we would love to have you join our team at Bluespirit.
