The project and your role

We are looking for a Developer to join our team in the real estate industry. You will help build the next generation of our clients website making it faster and more powerful for users.

In this role you will focus on building modern web services and cloud-based features. You will work on a greenfield style project meaning you get to create new systems from the ground up using the latest technology to ensure the website can handle many users and provide a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain high-quality Web APIs using technologies.
• Build backend services that are designed to grow and scale within a cloud-native environment.
• Work closely with frontend developers and DevOps engineers to provide complete end-to-end software solutions.
• Improve how the application runs by optimizing database queries and overall system performance.
• Keep code quality high by using clean architecture principles writing tests and participating in code reviews.
• Support automated build and deployment processes by contributing to CI/CD workflows.
• Create clear and useful documentation for APIs using OpenAPI and Swagger standards.
• Monitor the system to find and fix bugs ensuring the platform remains reliable for all users.

Your skills

Essential Qualifications (Must Haves):

• Strong professional experience working with C# .NET Framework Entity Framework and LINQ.
• High level of skill in developing robust Web APIs and working with RESTful services.
• Solid knowledge of T-SQL and the ability to design relational databases effectively.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure cloud services to support web applications.
• Proficiency in using Swagger or OpenAPI to document and share API details with the team.
• Practical skills with Git for version control and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Direct experience using Docker to package and run applications in containers.

Desired Skills & Knowledge (Nice to Haves):

• Familiarity Aspire or Dapr for building and managing distributed applications.
• Experience managing database migrations using both Code-first and Database-first approaches.
