Job Summary

POSITION OVERVIEW: A Staffing Agency Salesperson (Account Executive/Business Development Manager) will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new corporate clients and growing existing accounts through B2B sales techniques. They will be in charge of identify hiring needs negotiating contracts and securing job orders for temporary temp-to-hire or direct-hire talent.
Shift: Full Time 8am-5pm M-F

Location: Will start at our Asheboro office until we move to our Burlington location.

Pay Rate: $40k-$60k/annually DOE
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Cold calling emailing and networking to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Meeting with hiring managers/HR to understand staffing needs company culture and skill requirements.
  • Sales Execution: Developing and implementing territory sales plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Quoting pricing setting bill/pay rates and negotiating contract terms.
  • Job Order Management: Presenting job orders to internal recruiters and ensuring quality checks with clients.
  • CRM Utilization: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience preferably in staffing or professional services.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Results-oriented self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Success Metrics: Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue goals. Increased client portfolio size and retention rates. Volume of new qualified job requisitions generated.
