Position Overview:
The role focuses on evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction across a diverse patient population. The practice offers strong clinical autonomy consistent patient volume and the ability to shape programming based on your clinical interests and expertise.
What Youll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor conditions (incontinence prolapse pelvic pain pre/postpartum etc.)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward functional goals
- Educate patients on treatment plans home exercises and long-term wellness strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What Theyre Looking For:
- Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in Montana
- Experience or strong interest in pelvic health therapy
- Pelvic health training or certifications preferred (Herman & Wallace or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to grow a specialty program within a practice
Compensation & Benefits:
