Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric outpatient therapy assignment in Egg Harbor Township NJ.
This role focuses on evaluating and treating pediatric patients with developmental and communication disorders. The therapist will work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver individualized speech therapy interventions that support communication development and functional independence.
Note: Location may change to Toms River this will be discussed during the interview.

Patient Population
Primary population includes pediatric patients with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome)
- Mixed Receptive-Expressive Language Disorder
- Articulation/Phonological Disorders
- Apraxia
- Fluency Disorders
- Developmental Delays
- Neurodevelopmental Disorders
- Hearing Impairments
Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide therapy focused on communication development
- Utilize augmentative and alternative communication devices
- Educate patients and families on therapy strategies
- Document patient progress and therapy outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapy teams
- Participate in concurrent therapy when appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Active NJ Speech Language Pathologist License
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- CCC-SLP Certification REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 Years Pediatric Experience
- Travel Experience Required
- Experience with Pediatric Outpatient Therapy
