About the Role
Our client is seeking a Medical Sales Representative / Territory Manager to manage and grow a Texas territory with candidates required to live within 25 miles of Austin TX. This role is ideal for a motivated medical device sales professional who enjoys building relationships driving territory growth and introducing new vascular technologies to the market.

The Territory Manager will be responsible for selling vascular medical devices into hospitals and surgical settings developing strong relationships with vascular surgeons and hospital stakeholders and growing existing business while identifying new opportunities. This role also includes providing product education case support and clinical expertise during procedures while executing a territory strategy designed to meet and exceed quota.

Compensation includes an $80000 base salary with total compensation at plan of $170000$180000. Additional benefits include average first-year earnings of $159000 average rep compensation of $178000 in 2023 automatic increases in base salary and commission rate for reps who achieve quota and a $600 monthly car allowance plus company gas card. Travel is approximately 30%.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 210 years of medical device sales experience preferred; up to 15 years will be considered
  • Vascular sales experience required
  • Experience selling into hospitals and working directly with surgeons required
  • Must have OR sales experience
  • Demonstrated history of quota achievement
  • Strong relationship-building skills with physicians and clinical teams
  • High-energy competitive and motivated sales professional
  • Stable work history required
