As Assistant CustomerActivation Modern member you will define develop and implement Commercial Plans in order tomaximiseRevenues Volume and Share growth within customers under your responsibility as well as lead the strategies and action plans using commercial levers: assortmentShare WDActivations InnovationI&O Point of Salesetc working closely with Sales and CP&Ateams.
Main responsibilities:
Gather all information and data (both internal and external sources) of the retail market by channel and key customers and fromsuppliersevolution (Mondelez and competitors)in order toanalyze in deep Mondelez categories.
Define a commercial plan inyourcustomers aligned with the category strategy and the channel plan is agreed with Customer Business Managersto align the customer business plans.
Work with Category Planning to integrate the customer dynamics in the Mondelez Contract.
Define the best new products launch plan to get the Weight Distribution target: investment promotional plan point of sale activation spaceinshelf planogram trial in store.
Coordinate withpoint-of-saleteamin order toimplement point of sales actions: second display advertising at point of sales trials gifts couponing etc. Presentation to Sales Force: plan actions timings byquarter.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Minimum of2/3years of overall experienceinFast Moving Consumer Goods Marketing and/or Sales areas (Category Planning Trade Marketing Account Management POS Management).
Proficiencyin MS Office (Word Excel Power Point Outlook).
Knowledge of AC Nielsen and Sales data bases would be a plus
Proficiency inEnglishandSpanish
Drive for results: ability to drive for completion to target.
Business knowledge and strategic vision.
Able to work withhighlevel of autonomy: the candidate will need to lead analysis of the businessidentifyingopportunities for learning and growth and also solve issues and obstacles on a daily basis.
Interpersonalsavvy and negotiations skills; ability to build good rapport usage of diplomacy and tact can diffuse even high-tension situations comfortably.
Problemsolving:ability to manage workload and set priorities to meet deadlines.

Education / Certifications:
University degree in Business Administration Economy Finance or similar.
