Project Manager Starlink

In this role you will take a central position in one of SAS key technical initiatives leading the implementation of Starlink connectivity across the fleet. You will ensure alignment across stakeholders manage risks and drive execution from planning through to delivery.

In this dynamic and high-impact role you will:
Lead the implementation of the Starlink project across multiple SAS fleet types ensuring progress is aligned with milestones and objectives.
Develop and maintain an integrated project plan consolidating inputs from all workstreams.
Manage scope timelines and risks to ensure successful project delivery in line with SAS commitments.
Actively coordinate across departments such as Engineering Maintenance Planning IT Flight Operations and Material Management.
Serve as the main interface between SAS and external partners such as SpaceX AeroX and Part-145 organizations.
Ensure proper project governance including reporting to steering groups and providing recommendations on key decisions.
Translate complex technical and operational topics into clear actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
Drive risk and change management ensuring mitigation strategies are implemented and decisions are documented.
Prepare business cases for senior management approval when required.
The Team
You will be part of SAS CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) working in close collaboration with both internal experts and external partners.
The team operates in a highly cross-functional environment where collaboration accountability and technical excellence are key. Together you will contribute to delivering critical upgrades that shape the future passenger experience at SAS.

Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to manage stakeholders and challenge constructively to ensure delivery commitments.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured way of working.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
Experience working with external partners such as suppliers manufacturers or maintenance organizations.
A proactive and results-driven mindset with high accountability.
Background & Experience
University degree or equivalent in Aeronautical Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a CAMO environment.
Experience working with aircraft types such as A320 A330 A350 or E195.
Knowledge of EASA Part-M and Part-145 regulations.
Project management training or certification is considered an advantage.
Experience with AMOS is advantageous.
Experience from connectivity or avionics modification programs (e.g. Starlink) is a strong plus.
