As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Manufacturing in Winter Garden FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial property location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will deliver exceptional customer service clear communication and dependable support while representing our agile reliable innovative and people-first culture.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including common areas entrances parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points observe activity on the property and communicate with tenants visitors and vendors regarding site rules directions and security-related concerns.
• Support property operations by reporting maintenance-related hazards checking for unsecured doors and/or gates and assisting with routine closing and opening procedures as directed by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
