Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
- Conduct daily sales meetings and individual coaching sessions
- Desk deals structure transactions and support closing activities
- Monitor lead management follow up activity andCRM usage
- Oversee inventory presentation pricing strategy and lot standards
- Track key sales metrics and report performance to leadership
- Collaborate with F&I service and marketing teams to improve results
- Maintain a professional ethical and customer first sales environment
- Assist with recruitingon boarding and training new sales staff
Automotive Sales Manager Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales management experience required
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit targets
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with dealershipCRM and desking tools
- Understanding of inventory management and retail sales strategy
- Ability to work in a fast paced performance driven environment
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required college preferred
