Job Description:
Amplifi is dentsus media investment and innovation platform supporting our agencies and clients with the tools and expertise to drive smarter media decisions. We work closely with publishers media companies and tech partners to evolve how we engage with the supply side of the industry.
The role
The AV Manager will be joining a friendly and collaborative AV community with the expectation of delivering best in class AV planning & buying client servicing commercial delivery media owner relationships. This individual should show robust organisation diligence positivity respect and a passion for the role.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a team to deliver consistent and best in class campaigns across AV
Manage your teams workflow output and development
Implement innovate ideas for media response and progressive processes to ensure operational excellence
Ensuring AV activity across Linear VOD Cinema and Audio is delivered to value and contractual guarantees
Ensure client servicing is of the highest standard for you and all direct reports
Have strong relationships with internal and external teams
Demonstrate market knowledge & new opportunities across all AV media
Support on pitches & new business
What you bring
Experience in TV VOD Cinema CTV and Audio planning and/or buying
Experience training new starters
Mature & proactive approach to people & workloads
Owning strong relationships
Ability to ensure 100% accurate output across AV processes
