We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Engineering Excellence team within the Product & Engineering this role you will take end-to-end ownership of building and evolving a key internal operational platform a productivity and visibility tool designed to empower managers with the insights and capabilities they need to lead their teams effectively.
You will work closely with engineering product and management stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and translate them into well-architected scalable solutions. Your contributions will have a direct and measurable impact on how our teams operate and grow.

You will work closely with engineering product and management stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and translate them into well-architected scalable solutions. Your contributions will have a direct and measurable impact on how our teams operate and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain a full-stack internal platform serving operational and management use cases across the organisation;
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from architecture and API design through to frontend implementation and deployment;
- Build clean performant and maintainable user interfaces using React / and TypeScript;
- Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using and NestJS;
- Collaborate closely with engineering managers and product stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions;
- Contribute to technical decisions code reviews and engineering best practices within the team;
- Ensure reliability scalability and security of the platform as adoption grows across the company.
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise;
- Solid proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystems;
- Strong experience with for building production-grade frontends;
- Hands-on experience with and NestJS (or similar backend frameworks);
- A solid understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture principles;
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL or MySQL) and solid understanding of data modelling and query optimisation;
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy;
- Strong communication skills able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience working with data including data pipelines aggregations or analytics integrations;
- Experience building internal tooling dashboards or management platforms;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP);
- Prior experience in a fintech or high-growth technology company.
