What Youll Do
As an entry-level technician youll work alongside experienced team members to:
- Assist with vehicle repairs following body shop standards
- Learn to diagnose and repair automotive systems (engine suspension brakes electrical etc.)
- Help perform inspections and document findings
- Support accurate repair estimates
- Restore vehicles to pre-loss condition and factory specifications
- Continuously build your skills through hands-on training and mentorship
What Were Looking For
- Some experience or training in automotive or body shop work (school or hands-on)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- A team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn diagnostic equipment
- A valid drivers license
