Were looking for a Sealing Manager to join our Sealing team in Auckland. Youll lead our sealing operations across the region planning and delivering projects managing a highperforming team and working closely with clients helping us deliver highquality safe and efficient road infrastructure across Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland.

As our Sealing Manager in Auckland youll take ownership of endtoend sealing delivery in a busy multisite civil construction environment. Youll be accountable for safety quality programme and financial performance ensuring our sealing projects underpin Fulton Hogans roading programmes across the region and sustain our marketleading reputation.

Lead and mentor a team of sealing specialists providing guidance and support to maximise performance and productivity
Collaborate with project managers and other department heads to ensure seamless integration of paving activities into overall contract plans
Oversee the planning and execution of paving jobs ensuring adherence to quality safety and environmental standards
Manage resources effectively including equipment materials and personnel to optimise outcomes and minimise costs
Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and best practice within the paving operation
Deliver strong business outcomes within Fulton Hogan to ensure the successful running of your department

Proven experience in a leadership role within the civil engineering or construction industry with specific expertise in sealing operations
Strong technical knowledge of paving techniques materials and equipment coupled with a commitment to quality and excellence
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Sound decision-making abilities with a focus on problem-solving and strategic planning
Relevant qualifications in civil engineering construction management or a related field.
Have intermediate level of Excel Word MS Projects
Hold Financial acumen in budgeting cost-benefit analysis reconciliation reporting
Have full understanding of all construction methods systems and techniques used on projects
